About

Overview Allspring Global Investments is seeking a highly experienced product oversight professional to report to the Head of Product Governance and Data Analytics. This team is responsible for the governance around the launch and lifecycle of products to address client opportunities and leading efforts to enhance Allspring’s current domestic and international products for institutional and retail investors.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.
Location(s): Charlotte, NC, or Milwaukee, WI
Responsibilities
Support the development and ongoing maintenance of Excel-based analytical models and workbooks used to evaluate the Allspring investment lineup.
Assist in the analysis of investment strategy and vehicle performance to help provide senior leadership with actionable insights related to product positioning and rationalization decisions.
Develop and maintain a cross-vehicle pricing strategy that ensures alignment between client need, strategic growth opportunities, competitive dynamics, and product profitability.
Manage quarterly external fee submissions, including aggregating and validating data from multiple internal sources, performing data cleansing, reconciling quarter-over-quarter changes to ensure accurate and compliant delivery of final submissions.
Maintain institutional pricing tool, lead pricing governance approvals, and deliver fee benchmarking insights to support distribution and pricing strategy.
Oversee product database to ensure accurate, up-to-date product information, implementing timely updates based on product changes.
Develop product data visualization dashboards and reports to enhance visibility and reporting efficiency.
Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reports on product changes, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation and communication of updates to key stakeholders. Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, improve operational efficiency, and streamline recurring analytical and administrative tasks through automation and process improvements.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decision-making.
Demonstrate interest in process improvement, operational efficiency, and streamlining repetitive tasks through thoughtful organization and automation.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with 3rd party applications including Morningstar Direct, Morningstar Report Portal, eVestments Analytics and/or Refinitiv Lipper for Investment Management
Experience working with Microsoft CoPilot
Experience using data analysis tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau

Compensation Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
