Sr. Business Analyst Location: Seattle WA Duration: Long Term Skills Required: 8+ years of overall work experience in technology field 4+ years working in a Business Analyst role on a technology team, with at least 2 of those years in Retail and/or Ecommerce Experience providing requirements for medium to large initiatives Experience working with both Agile and Scrum Demonstrated experience translating strategy into feature development roadmaps Demonstrated experience with Jira and Confluence Proven experience interacting with and collaborating with North American based teams Excellent communication skills Role & Responsibilities: Works closely with Product Managers, Business Owners and Technology teams to ensure requirements are in place and understood. Responsible for ensuring acceptance criteria is aligned. Works closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master & development team to carry out typical BA tasks, including: Gathering & documenting requirements Supporting business owner and/or product manager in refining backlog Participating in user story creation and backlog grooming in an agile delivery methodology.
