About

Process Mechanical CAD Design Technician We look for a Process Mechanical CAD Design Technician to work with engineers and project managers to produce high quality drawings for projects. The role involves creating and modifying base drawings, making drawing edits in response to client and engineering markups, producing drawings from project initiation through final delivery while meeting company or client standards. Responsibilities Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to produce quality drawings. Make drawing edits based on markups from client and Engineers. Create and modify base drawings. Be a productive team member and CAD user, managing a typical set of project documents from beginning to end with professional quality output that conforms to standards. Simultaneously manage multiple projects. Follow CAD standards and required processes. Qualifications Ability to work well both independently and as a team. Attention to detail, quality work products, and client service. Experience with MS Office 365 (Email, Excel, Word), PDF editing (Acrobat and Bluebeam). Experience using Navisworks or Revizto is also a plus. 2+ years of experience in Revit, Piping Modeling and Piping Layout, Bentley Software OpenPlant Modeler (Connect Edition), and not required but beneficial Plant3D Software. The base salary range for this position is $58,200.00 to $90,900.00, paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
