About

As an Associate Director (AD) Inside Sales, you'll build, develop, and lead an outstanding team of high-performing sales professionals. You'll motivate and empower your sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and solutions to small and medium-sized business customers to make their businesses run better, faster, and smarter. With your ongoing mentorship and development, you'll drive your team's sales performance. Key Responsibilities Include: Forecast sales, revenue and various metrics Enable your team to deliver best-in‑class customer service Lead, develop and track your team's performance Develop and implement strategies to expand and upsell to our existing base Model effective sales strategies for your team to follow Assess individual and team performance and initiate developmental plans to narrow competency gaps Timely monitoring of daily/weekly/monthly results and activities to ensure sales, retention and compliance objectives are met Analyze staffing needs, provide hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations Remain current on industry and competitive trends and reinforce findings with the team Where You'll Be Working: In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager.
