This role is responsible for translating and executing Patient Service Center's (PSC) learning strategy into scalable curricula, content, and learning experiences across onboarding, ongoing enablement, and upskilling. Reporting to the Associate Director, Learning Strategy, this role ensures learning programs, curricula, and content are planned, prioritized, maintained, and executed in alignment with defined strategy, business priorities, and operational needs. This position serves as the bridge between strategy and execution, owning learning intake, prioritization, curriculum planning, and content lifecycle management, while leading a team of Instructional Designers and an LMS Administrator to deliver high-quality, effective learning solutions.

Strategic Execution, Intake & Curriculum Management:

Translate learning architecture and content strategy into structured curricula, course maps, and executable learning plans, including role-based learning journeys across onboarding, core training, and upskilling

Build and manage learning roadmaps, schedules, and training plans, ensuring alignment to business priorities

Own and manage the learning intake process, pipeline, and backlog, prioritizing work based on business impact, urgency, and resource capacity

Identify training gaps using performance data, stakeholder input, and learner feedback, and recommend aligned solutions

Ensure learning solutions are consistent, scalable, and aligned to defined strategy

Content Lifecycle, Execution & Delivery Alignment:

Own content review cycles, updates, and maintenance across all PSC learning materials

Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment to current processes, keeping materials current with business changes

Support governance processes (versioning, approvals, documentation) in alignment with defined standards

Partner with PSC Operations and the Learning Experience & Onboarding Manager to align curriculum, communications, and delivery

Coordinate training readiness, scheduling, and execution alignment, ensuring delivery teams have the materials and visibility needed

Reporting, Continuous Improvement & Operational Enablement:

Own learning reporting across programs, including completion, effectiveness, and operational insights

Use metrics, surveys, and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities

Partner with leadership and operations to continuously refine learning priorities and solutions

Oversee planning, tracking, and execution to ensure alignment, visibility, and operational readiness

Drive improvements in learning engagement, efficiency, and scalability through optimized processes, tools, and AI-enabled capabilities

People Leadership & Team Oversight:

Build a high-performing team aligned to PSC learning goals and business needs

Set clear priorities, expectations, and workload distribution

Provide direction on timelines, deliverables, and execution standards

Foster strong collaboration, accountability, and quality across outputs

  • Other responsibilities as required
  • Up to 20% travel may be required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in learning design, curriculum development, or learning program management
  • A minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience
  • Well versed in MS Office Products (Teams, SharePoint, MS Word, PPT, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong expertise in ADDIE instructional design methodology
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into structured learning solutions
  • Experience with LMS platforms and learning technologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, operational environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated environments
  • Experience supporting contact center or frontline operational roles
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance learning processes or efficiency
  • Experience supporting large-scale training programs or transformations
  • Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and developing leadership capability at scale.
  • Experience with LMS platforms along with learning development and design tools, including: Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud
