Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in glazing and panel systems, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring high quality and safety standards.

• Assume full ownership of projects after estimator handoff, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and installation teams to align scope, specifications, and timelines.
• Oversee procurement, material delivery, and on-site activities to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality requirements.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing communication, resolving issues, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and performance, providing regular reports and proactively mitigating risks.

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of the full project lifecycle, from procurement through fabrication and installation.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of glazing, glass, aluminum framing, cladding systems, shop drawings, fabrication workflows, and building codes.
