Field Event Sales Representative

In this role, you will work independently to plan and execute on-site events, engage potential customers, increase property penetration, and grow sales. The ideal candidate is energetic, confident, self-motivated, and highly organized, with strong communication and time management skills. Success in this position comes from the ability to build trusted relationships, create excitement around products and offers, and consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals, and weekly event scheduling and activation goals.
Schedule events and identify and execute additional marketing tactics.
Pre-promote events and offers.
Establish clear communication between clients and prospects, and internal client teams.
Administrative duties include but are not limited to event recapping, finance management, and product inventory.
Full-time availability (may include some nights and weekends).
Reliable form of transportation (commuting and some travel required).
Walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; related sales, customer-facing, or promotional experience preferred.
Prior sales experience in related fields such as real estate, outside sales, B2B, retail, or telecommunications is advantageous.
Strong work ethic and solid organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Comfort using a personal computer and standard business applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Daily internet access and ability to meet system, phone, and printer requirements.
Strong English communication skills required; bilingual skills are a plus.
