About

The IT Project Manager II is responsible for coordinating work efforts to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards while fulfilling customer expectations. Collaboration and nurturing positive relationships are essential skills for this role. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate small and medium‑sized projects with moderate impact. Understand business requirements, project risks, and project lifecycle. Develop and execute plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimation, budgeting, control, quality assurance, organizational planning, communications planning, risk identification, and risk response control. Understand the software development process: requirements gathering, analysis, design, development tools, release and version control, testing methodologies, and deployment management. Collaborate with others to make decisions and resolve issues. Use business applications for competitive advantage. Identify and minimize risks to projects. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field or engineering. Required: Minimum of two years’ experience managing projects. Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification. Other Requirements Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Maintain safety as the utmost priority. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
