Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; occasional overtime based on departmental needs Job Summary Institutional Research, Analytics and Decision Support (RADS) is seeking a dedicated analyst to support Enrollment Management (EM). This position will be the primary point of contact for data needs for EM departments and will provide enrollment planning and implementation information, strategic analytics and decision support as well as reporting and data support in conjunction with IRADS colleagues. Key Responsibilities and Activities Provide enrollment data analysis and reporting for EM. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support decision‑making. Collaborate with EM and other stakeholders to define data requirements. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in all deliverables. Assist in the planning of enrollment strategies and forecasting. Support the IRADS team with ongoing data requests and analytics projects.
