About

Overview At Leo Chicago, you’ll join a creative agency where ideas become culture. As a Content Creator, you’ll help craft scroll‑stopping social content, experimenting with new tools (including AI), and collaborating with creatives who care as much about craft as they do about impact.
Work alongside our creative teams to bring campaigns to life and build portfolio‑worthy pieces along the way. You’ll contribute to a range of projects; capturing footage, shaping edits, and polishing details, as well as working the fundamentals of production across live action, animation, audio, and post.
In this role, you’ll help plan, shoot, and edit quick‑turn content designed for social‑first audiences. You’ll also support creative concepting—turning insights and briefs into ideas, scripts, and shot lists—then help complete and iterate fast. Expect hands‑on collaboration with writers, art directors, and producers, plus feedback that helps you level up your craft.
