Become more involved in your community, right in your neighborhood. PHIG started with a plan on paper in 2007 and grew from there into a thriving, sustainable demonstration garden and NWF wildlife habitat, supporting birds, bees, butterflies, and other pollinators. Help guide PHIG's next steps as we become more of an educational resource, continue community engagement, and provide workshops, classes, and learning activities for all age groups in a friendly, relaxed environment.
As a small nonprofit organization, every person counts. Your experience in working with others or background in business, fundraising, horticulture, writing, web design/development, or other skills is most helpful.
