We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at Techatix™. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and experience working with stakeholders. Responsibilities Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Create functional specifications and user stories. Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are met. Conduct user acceptance testing and training sessions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. Experience in business analysis or process improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
