About

Join a fast growing orthopedics manufacturer that currently has two distinct product categories: (upper extremity system for endoscopic carpal tunnel release) and a novel lower extremity device used to treat diabetic foot ulcers. In this role as a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage existing distributor partners throughout the assigned region, acting as a Conduit for Trice Medical and their end users. As an RSM, you will be charged with leading, training, and holding the 1099 reps accountable for their sales goals (going with them on sales calls, QTR review, sales training Distros are mostly established. You will not be doing very much case coverage. Once docs are trained, you move on.

Qualifications
3+ years experience in medical sales, ideally in orthopedics or sports medicine
Solid top sales accolades.
