Business Analyst with 8+ years of direct experience in HUD's Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program.
The ideal candidate will leverage deep knowledge of HUD regulations, housing operations, and business process analysis to improve program efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the implementation of HUD initiatives and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze HCV program workflows, operations, and data to identify process improvements and ensure HUD compliance.
Gather and document business requirements, create process maps, and translate regulatory changes into business and system solutions.
Collaborate with program teams, IT staff, and vendors to support system configuration, reporting, and implementation of HUD initiatives such as HOTMA, NSPIRE, and SEMAP updates.
