Job Overview Senior Analyst, Analytics – responsible for transforming complex data into actionable, strategic insights tailored to B2B business dynamics. The role requires a blend of technical expertise (data sourcing, ETL, SQL, visualization) and business acumen to align insights with commercial goals, lead generation strategies, and customer journeys. Key Responsibilities Data Management & Analysis: source and compile data from multiple repositories, ensuring quality and consistency. Advanced Querying: write complex SQL queries and support ETL processes to manipulate large datasets. Audience Targeting & Growth: build sophisticated targeting lists for email marketing and paid media campaigns. Funnel Optimization: analyze and optimize marketing funnels, focusing on email performance and accelerated free-to-paid conversions. Insights & Visualization: conduct replicable analyses and design data visualizations that convey clear stories to diverse audiences. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: partner with marketing, product and sales teams to understand questions and deliver data‑driven solutions. Stakeholder Presentation: explain findings and prepare impactful presentations for peers and stakeholders. Version Control & Best Practices: maintain code repositories on GitHub and stay current with industry trends. Reporting Structure: report directly to a Senior Manager. Qualifications 4+ years of analytics experience in a cross‑functional environment; experience with B2B models preferred, D2C considered. Advanced SQL skills (or other programming languages) and proficiency with version control (GitHub). Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau or PowerBI. Strong data storytelling, problem‑solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast‑paced setting. Graduate degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Information Systems or related field. Education Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline. Location & Work Arrangement New York – 150 E 42nd. Hybrid work: requires office presence in the hub (Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, New York) following Dentsu’s flexibility policy. Remote work may be designated for employees outside commutable range. Salary Annual salary range: $78,000 – $126,500.
