Position Details Network Engineer III Location: Charlotte, NC (days on-site / day remote weekly) Duration: months contract with the opportunity to extend Client: Charter Communications - Charlotte Visa Restrictions: NO OPT, CPT & Hb Sub Vending: No Pay Rate: $/Hr on W without benefits Bill Rate: $
Eligibility & Requirements
Candidate must reside within miles of job location.
Candidate must have a public profile.
Candidate must be authorized to work without sponsorship.
No remote candidates if they have no Charter network experience; local to Charlotte NC. If previous Charter network engineer, can work remote.
Must have + years experience in Network Engineering.
Heavy troubleshooting in a NOC or repair environment, experience across multiple sites.
Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, and Ciena router experience (Cisco series, Juniper NX, Nokia and Ciena routers).
Comfortable with overnight shift as needed (am, remote).
Go-getter, willing to learn, hungry personality.
Prior experience in the telecom industry.
Preferred Qualifications
JNCIA, JNCIS, CCNA, CCNP certifications.
