Job Summary Mobile Engineer – $2,000 Sign‑On bonus Responsibilities Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems to achieve efficient operating results and extended life expectancy. Assure equipment is maintained in an energy‑efficient, safe manner, reducing downtime through proactive repair planning and accurate record keeping. Perform inspections and repairs on interior and exterior property areas—including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repairs, grounds, and production equipment. Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders for mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems. Complete facility inspections and due diligence, reporting conditions that impact client occupancy and operations. Submit daily P‑card receipts and update work order status in real time using CMMS systems such as Corrigo. Maintain a valid state driver’s license and be available for call‑in work and additional duties as required. Required Qualifications Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment). Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with strong HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance experience. Knowledge of system design and applications. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration. High school diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications Experience utilizing CMMS (Work Order) systems. Working knowledge of computer applications such as Word and Excel. Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC. Location & Work Hours Mobile position covering Austin, TX and surrounding area. On‑site – Austin, TX. Standard business hours with on‑call availability. No visa sponsorship; applicant must be authorized to work in the United States.
