Requirements What we want:
You've managed a sales team at a SaaS company and have the numbers to prove it
You've closed complex deals yourself, you know what good looks like from the inside
You build systems that outlast you
You hold people accountable without making it personal
You already use AI in your daily workflow and can name exactly how
You find patterns in lost deals before anyone asks you to
OTE $130,000 – $200,000
