Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands‑on QA testing skills in an operational complex environment - at least 5 years of experience managing complex testing efforts.
Management of QA resources/teams within a larger program.
Experience structuring work into various workstreams and managing multiple testing workstreams concurrently.
Strong applied use of QA tools/techniques.
Experience with vendor alignment.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), English-language skills, facilitation skills, etc. and ability to represent work at all levels of the organization (up to Executive levels).
Excellent people skills – developing strong relationships, building a trusting team environment, and ability to listen & translate into actionable plans.
