The Pay & Position
- $23.50$25 per hour
- Certified McDonald's Shift Manager experience preferred
- Candidates without prior McDonald's management experience are welcome to apply you'll start at the Crew Member level and pay rate with a clear path to advance into management

What You'll Do as a Shift Manager
As a Shift Manager, you're the heartbeat of the restaurant during your shift. You'll lead your crew with confidence and purpose, ensuring every customer receives a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every single time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and leading each shift for peak performance
- Coaching and motivating crew members to meet McDonald's standards
- Ensuring Food Safety, Quality, and Cleanliness are never compromised
- Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
- Managing inventory and daily maintenance
- Delivering exceptional customer service and modeling it for your team
- Communicating effectively with fellow managers for smooth shift transitions
- Assisting with scheduling and training
