Sales/Project Coordinator
who will play a dual role: driving sales efficiency and job scheduling. This is not an entry-level role—we want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and can anticipate needs before they arise. What You’ll Do
Sales Support Assist with lead intake, tracking, and follow-ups. Prepare and send estimates/proposals through JobTread. Manage client communications to ensure a professional, timely response. Support new business development and help nurture B2B relationships. Project Coordination Coordinate job scheduling between project managers, field crews, and clients. Ensure all jobs are properly staffed, sequenced, and tracked against deadlines. Oversee changes in scheduling and communicate updates clearly to all parties. Track material orders, delivery timing, and job readiness. Office Support Act as the President’s right-hand, helping manage priorities and daily operations. Screen and organize emails, calls, and meeting requests. Assist with special projects, reporting, and operational initiatives. Provide organizational oversight to keep leadership focused on growth. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in
sales coordination, project scheduling, or executive assistance . Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable using technology (JobTread, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, etc.). A proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver who can “own” responsibilities without constant direction. What We Offer Competitive salary range:
$60,000–$70,000
