About

We are seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead, develop, and drive performance for our sales team within our Cincinnati branch. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with a strong background in insurance roof sales who can balance team leadership, customer engagement, and strategic growth.
Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales representatives on an ongoing basis
Train and coach reps on door‑to‑door sales, roof inspections, and how to navigate the insurance claims process
Identify and address retention risks early; build loyalty through recognition, development, and clear career paths
Set clear performance expectations and hold reps accountable through KPI tracking and structured feedback
Foster a high-energy, positive branch culture focused on integrity, hustle, and teamwork
Ensure proper use of CRM and sales tools (e.g., AccuLynx, field sales software)
Maintain visibility into pipeline, job status, and team activity
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve overall company objectives
Drive branch revenue by motivating the sales reps, owning territory management, and by maximizing inspection and conversion rates
Support reps in closing deals, especially complex or high-value opportunities
Track performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed to drive results
Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
Step in to handle escalated customer concerns and ensure positive outcomes
Maintain high standards for communication, professionalism, and service
Work cross-functionally with operations to ensure smooth project execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Insurance Process Expertise
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the insurance claims process
Train reps on how to properly identify storm damage and guide homeowners homeowners through the claims process - from filing to adjuster inspection to approval to signed contract
Assist sales reps in roof inspections, adjuster meetings and working with the supplementation team when needed
Ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation and communication
Experience
3-5 years of experience in the roofing industry is required, specifically insurance restoration experience
Background in sales, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership presence and experience with the ability to recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team
Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strategic planning experience to develop long-term goals and strategies for the branch
