We are hiring a Business Analyst with strong QA experience to support a major US retail energy client. This hybrid role combines business analysis, process improvement, and testing in a dynamic, data-driven environment. Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements and process flows Create test cases, support UAT, and validate solutions Analyze data using Excel and SQL Collaborate across teams to improve workflows and system features Support automation initiatives using Power Platform Qualifications
5+ years in Business Analysis with hands-on QA testing experience Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Lucidchart/Visio Familiarity with Agile and QA tools like JIRA Energy, utilities, or renewables experience is a plus
