As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. Role Description As a Sales Manager at Bud Fox Supply, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth in the cannabis industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dispensaries, retailers, and other cannabis businesses, while promoting and selling our premium cannabis products. This position offers an opportunity to earn a competitive income through a commission-based structure, with a transition to a base salary and commission structure based on performance. Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads within the cannabis industry, including dispensaries, retailers, and other businesses involved in the cannabis supply chain. Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and quality of Bud Fox Supply's cannabis offerings. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system, adhering to all legal and compliance requirements related to cannabis sales. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns within the cannabis industry. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your professional network, represent Bud Fox Supply, and stay informed about the latest developments in the cannabis industry. Achieve designated monthly sales goals, with a focus on consistent weekly progress. Requirements Proven experience in sales within the cannabis industry, with a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients in the cannabis sector. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within the cannabis industry. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead tracking and pipeline management. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and persistence. A proactive and customer-centric approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional service within the cannabis industry. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and their effects.
