About
The Role Ship core product features alongside our founding engineers—voice + vision tutoring loops, realtime LLM orchestration, and the infra that keeps sessions sub-second.
Expect to spec, build, and launch end-to-end projects: agents that manage lesson plans, memory systems that persist across weeks, or UI that helps tutors debug cognition in real time.
What you'll do
Build realtime tutoring interfaces that display cognition and suggested interventions.
Develop lesson-plan agents that adjust pacing based on student progress.
Optimize LLM infrastructure to maintain sub-second latency while managing context and tool use.
Create internal debugging tools for transcript replay and model comparison.
What we're looking for
Proficiency in TypeScript/Node, Python, or similar with stack-wide curiosity.
Demonstrated shipping experience through school projects, internships, open-source, or hackathons.
Ability to work with infrastructure-as-code, APIs, and LLM tools.
Self-directed learning mindset with receptiveness to feedback and rapid iteration.
