About

We are seeking an experienced Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Architect to design and implement advanced CJA solutions, driving seamless integration within the Adobe ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of digital analytics experience, including 2-3 years of hands‑on expertise with CJA, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and transitioning from Adobe Analytics to CJA.
Responsibilities
Lead CJA implementations, designing and configuring advanced data views, filters, segments, calculated metrics, and visualizations.
Work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to manage data ingestion, XDM schema design, and identity services.
Manage technical transitions from Adobe Analytics to CJA, ensuring seamless data migration and report continuity.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and deliver customer journey insights.
Required Skills
5+ years of digital analytics experience, with 2-3 years hands‑on in Adobe CJA implementation.
Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), XDM schema, and identity services.
Proven experience leading Adobe Analytics to CJA transitions.
Advanced proficiency in CJA features like data views, calculated metrics, segments, and visualizations.
