Job Details We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled QA Test Lead to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will lead a team of QA analysts and testers, develop test plans, and ensure the quality of our engineering products. Responsibilities
Lead a team of QA testers in designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases.
Ensure all testing activities meet the standards and requirements of the Agile/Scrum methodology.
Conduct automated, functional, integration, and regression testing to identify system and software issues.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand product requirements and develop appropriate test strategies.
Utilize your experience with Microsoft Dynamics to improve our testing processes and methodologies.
Perform ETL testing to ensure the accuracy of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Identify, track, and escalating issues as necessary, and work with the development team to resolve them.
Provide regular reports on testing activities and results to stakeholders.
Continuously improve our QA processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience in QA testing, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven expertise in automated testing, functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred.
Experience with ETL testing is a plus.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
