Overview Job Title: Information Technology System Administrator Qualifications Experience: 2+ years Compensation Pay Range Minimum: $45,000 per year Pay Range Maximum: $55,000 per year Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year Key Responsibilities Laptop Imaging Open laptop box , set it up for imaging Once setup , prepare shipping label and pack and put it for courier to pickup Troubleshoot Imaging issue Keep inventory of Assets in store room and work with cnetral logistics team to keep up the record User support and server room support Help user with Windows related issues , wifi , printer, printing , Internet Mount / Unmount devices , give console to central team for troubleshooting Help with inventory of server room ded for IT issues Flexible in shift time Available to support for emergency IT issues during non-business hours if needed Use Cart to move IT assets within office if needed
