About
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in writing routines and queries in relational database languages and data retrieval languages, including competency in markup languages.
Thorough knowledge of enterprise CRM systems and the concepts, techniques, and tools associated with relational databases, information storage, data retrieval, data analysis, and electronic data transfer.
Capability to independently design and build CRM workflows, application structures, and data field architecture within a stand‑alone CRM environment.
Ability to analyze complex data systems, identify integration requirements, and provide technical specifications and instructions to IT staff.
Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively across functional and technical environments with diverse stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment sponsorship or any other immigration‑related assistance.
Graduation from a two‑year technical college with a degree in information technology or a related field and two years of experience related to the position’s role; or graduation from a four‑year college or university and one year of experience related to the position’s role; or graduation from a four‑year college or university with a degree in information technology or a related field. Related information technology experience may be substituted year for year for the required education.
