Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 Per Hour
Job Summary This role requires a proactive Desktop Support Technician to provide comprehensive hardware, software, and network support for end-users. The ideal candidate will excel at troubleshooting, problem resolution, and managing IT support queues efficiently. This position is critical for maintaining daily business operations and ensuring a seamless technology experience for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
Install, update, and repair PC hardware, software, and network services.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and enterprise application issues, printing, email, and connectivity problems.
Manage IT support tickets from recognition to resolution, including escalation when necessary.
Build, deploy, and image new workstations (desktops and laptops).
Perform asset inventory, software inventory, and system updates to ensure security.
Must-Have Skills
Hands-on, on-site desktop support experience.
Proficiency in macOS and Windows troubleshooting.
Understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Domain/Industry Experience Experience working in fast paced environment.
