About
SKILLS REQUIRED: Primary (Must-Have):
Comprehensive understanding of the Copilot architecture, with particular emphasis on data management, privacy, and security protocols
Demonstrated expertise in the architecture of Copilot Agents, including integration with Graph API and the Microsoft Power Platform
Proven experience designing, developing, and executing Proofs of Concept (POCs) to evaluate solution feasibility and business alignment
Strong background in engineering prompts and workflows tailored to specific business scenarios to optimize Copilot and agent performance
Technical proficiency in establishing provisioning processes for Power Platform Environments and implementing Copilot Studio DLP (Data Loss Prevention) Policies
Secondary (Good to Have):
Experience building and managing comprehensive inventories of Copilot Studio Agents, environments, DLP Policies, and licensing
Familiarity with identifying and quarantining unauthorized Copilot Studio Agents to maintain secure environments
Experience fostering and growing end-user communities using adoption channels like Viva Engage
Knowledge of agent lifecycle management processes and governance frameworks for responsible AI practices
POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an elite Co-Pilot Solutions Architect with extensive technical expertise to join our enterprise engineering function on-site in Raritan, NJ. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and bleeding-edge AI capabilities, driving the design, governance, and deployment of Copilot and Copilot Agents. This individual will translate complex enterprise requirements into secure, compliant, and highly optimized AI workflowsdirectly steering the organization's automation and digital transformation roadmap.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate proactively with Business Technology teams to communicate the benefits and functionalities of Copilot and Copilot Agents, driving enterprise adoption.
Design, develop, and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) to evaluate solution feasibility while engineering tailored prompts and workflows to optimize performance.
Contribute to the development of robust governance frameworks and agent lifecycle management processes, ensuring absolute adherence to compliance standards and responsible AI practices.
Establish structural processes for provisioning Power Platform Environments and ensure Copilot Studio Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Policies are properly implemented.
Partner with stakeholders to manage a comprehensive inventory of agents, environments, and licensing, while actively identifying and quarantining unauthorized Copilot Studio Agents to maintain a secure environment.
