About
Overview
Provide onsite and remote technical support for SMB clients (10–50 users)
Assist with Microsoft 365 and Exchange administration, including migrations and implementations
Support data center hosting environments and client infrastructure
Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide end users toward effective solutions
Participate in onboarding new client environments and service setups
Contribute to server and infrastructure-related project work
Ensure reliable day-to-day operation of client systems and environments
Coordinate tasks and priorities across multiple client environments
This role operates in a client-facing MSP environment and requires flexibility to work onsite in Mechanicsville, VA four days per week, with occasional work-from-home options as needed.
Qualifications and Benefits
3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure, Help Desk, or Desktop Support roles
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Windows environments
Experience supporting multiple clients or working in an MSP environment is preferred
Basic understanding of networking concepts; willingness to learn (training available)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor
Excellent customer service skills, with patience and attention to user needs
Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently in a client-facing environment
Location: Mechanicsville, VA (4 days onsite, flexible work-from-home options as needed)
