As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions and strategic insights that enhance our educational platforms and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of innovative solutions. Your analytical expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of our offerings and ensuring we continue to meet the unique needs of veterans seeking to advance their careers.
Tasks
Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications to improve e-learning solutions for veterans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven strategies that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of educational programs and propose improvements.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to management and relevant departments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role within the e-learning industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
