Shift Supervisor - FT

Supervise food operations across multiple dining outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Monitor service standards, food presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance to meet luxury hospitality standards.

Coordinate appropriate staffing levels and floor coverage.

Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Assist with inventory control and proper handling of food and beverage products.

Qualifications:

  • Three years of food and beverage management experience (or any other alternative as deemed appropriate).
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to resolve issues and make sound decisions under pressure.
