Managing multiple complex layout projects, the part-time Utah Licensed Design Engineer will drive PCB layouts for AR products, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to implement miniaturization solutions. Key responsibilities
Lead designs from kick-off through tape-out for rigid, rigid-flex, and flex PCBs, providing timely project status updates Apply electrical engineering principles to identify project risks and propose workflow solutions for PCB development Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve design issues and ensure high-yield builds
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in complex PCB Design 5+ years of experience using Allegro PCB Design Tools (version 23.1 or newer) Strong understanding of the mechanical aspects of electronics design Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Experience implementing miniaturization solutions in dense form-factor designs is preferred
