About
We are looking for a Sr. Manager to lead a team of specialist solutions architects to design, evangelize, and architect state‑of‑the‑art Analytics solutions for our customers. This role requires strong Analytics Solution technical depth and people‑management skills.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with specialized sales teams to formulate and execute sales strategies that exceed revenue objectives.
Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Specialist Solutions Architects.
Coach architects to conduct one‑to‑few and one‑to‑many training sessions, transferring deep technical skills to customers.
Step into a Specialist Solutions Architect role when required to support customers.
Capture and share best‑practice knowledge within the AWS solutions architect community.
Guide and motivate the creation of whitepapers, datasheets, blog posts, and other customer‑facing collateral.
Qualifications
5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer‑facing resources or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider such as Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
Preferred Qualifications

Benefits The base salary range for this position is 221,100.00 - 299,200.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
