Responsibilities
Provide clear, concise communication to management, product development teams and customers
Lead the team through the identification and negotiation of product scope and schedule
Develop and own highly integrated execution plans with 10+ software, hardware engineering disciplines
Identify, track and mitigate execution roadblocks and technical risks
Lead and drive internal, cross-functional teams to meet program milestones and deliverables
Drive continuous improvement to an established product development process
Manage the entire program scope of work
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Software, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
Must have 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager within the Semiconductor industry
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project & Excel, Atlassian JIRA & Confluence
