This is a hands‑on IT leadership role overseeing day‑to‑day IT operations and the overall technology direction for a manufacturing‑focused organization. The IT Manager will own core systems, guide infrastructure and security efforts, and ensure technology reliably supports the business. What you’ll do:
Lead, coach, and set priorities for the IT team Own ERP, infrastructure, and end‑user environments Manage virtualization, servers, backups, and system reliability Drive cybersecurity standards, policies, and best practices Lead system upgrades, migrations, and improvement initiatives Partner with operations and leadership to support manufacturing needs Technology environment includes:
Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware Citrix VDI and endpoint computing Backup and recovery solutions (Veeam) Manufacturing systems and labeling platforms
