Twin Health empowers people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases through AI Digital Twin technology. We build dynamic models of metabolism using data from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs, guiding members toward better health outcomes.
We provide a data‑driven, collaborative environment where you will have direct influence on product, finance, and operations strategy.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement predictive models to optimize core business operations, such as forecasting member-level revenue or predicting clinical resource demand.
Design prescriptive analytics solutions like optimization algorithms and simulation models to recommend cost‑effective actions for clinical operations and member support.
Define key business KPIs, establish dashboards, and create automated reports for real‑time visibility into business health.
Lead design and analysis of A/B tests and quasi‑experiments focused on operational improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Direct experience building and validating predictive and prescriptive models (e.g., churn, LTV, demand forecasting).
Advanced SQL and statistical programming skills (Python or R); experience building and maintaining BI dashboards.
Proven ability to collaborate with engineering/data engineering teams to refine data structures for modeling.
Familiarity with Agentic AI or advanced machine learning approaches for predictive modeling.

Hybrid availability for the New York, NY office; no visa sponsorship.
Compensation and Benefits Annual base salary: $130,000–$140,000.
