Job Title: DSS L1 / Desktop Support Engineer Location: Burlington, MA, USA Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (5 Months) Job Description: We are looking for a DSS L1 / Desktop Support Engineer for a 5-month full-time project in Burlington, Massachusetts, USA. Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite desktop and deskside support to end users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues. Support Windows-based desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Handle user account administration and basic Active Directory tasks. Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and applications. Resolve incidents and service requests through ticketing systems. Support Microsoft Office 365 and end-user computing environments. Coordinate with remote technical teams for issue resolution. Maintain accurate documentation and update support tickets. Ensure compliance with client IT policies and procedures. Requirements: Experience in Desktop Support, Deskside Support, IT Support, or EUC Support. Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking. Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work onsite on a full-time basis. Onboarding & Compliance: Onsite onboarding will be provided. Engineer badge will be issued by the client. Background Verification (BGV) is mandatory. Candidate must have valid authorization to work in the USA and possess all required legal documentation.
