We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong Property & Casualty Insurance domain expertise to lead business-critical technology projects from initiation through successful delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholder management
Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, product teams, and technical teams
Drive Agile delivery, SDLC best practices, and project governance
Gather requirements and document user stories, use cases, and business requirements
Manage project plans, RACI matrices, status reporting, and executive communications
Must Have Skills
8+ years of IT Project Management experience
Strong P&C Insurance industry experience
Experience managing technology projects across business and IT teams
Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and project delivery methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience writing requirements, user stories, and use cases
