Sales Manager – Industrial Recycling Solutions
Madison, WI | Full-Time (60‑70% travel within Wisconsin state)
Salary: USD70000 - USD100000 per annum + commission + bonus + benefits
Job Overview Are you a commercially driven sales professional with experience selling top‑level service quality into new and existing accounts in industrial and manufacturing environments? Do you want to feel at home with a highly respected, family‑owned recycling and waste solutions business that has doubled in size over the last six years through exceptional service, customer loyalty, and operational excellence? This is an opportunity to join a well‑established recycling business that provides top solutions for cardboard, plastics, metals, and e‑waste, holding its own operational sites and offering an excellent environment and opportunities for its staff as well as top‑industry training for any staff outside of recycling.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing accounts through strong relationship management, retention, and service‑led sales.
Identify and convert opportunities to expand services within existing customers while developing new business across industrial and manufacturing sites in Wisconsin.
Build trusted relationships with operational and commercial stakeholders to deliver long‑term customer value.
Spend 60‑70% of time visiting customer sites and partnering closely with internal operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, production, packaging, or processing environments.
Strong account management and business development capability with experience managing multiple stakeholder groups.
Ideally brings exposure to recycling, waste management, plastics, cardboard, metals, circular economy, or environmental services.
Commercially driven, relationship‑focused, and comfortable operating autonomously in a field‑based role with regular travel.
