About

Providing timely and accurate contract and proposal support, the full-time Sales Operations Associate will manage contract lifecycle activities, validate booking and revenue calculations, and maintain CRM data integrity while working remotely from various locations in the USA. Key responsibilities:
Create, prepare, and process proposals and contracts, ensuring completeness for signature Review contracts for compliance and coordinate countersignature processing Calculate and validate bookings and annual revenue to support accurate revenue recognition
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 2-3 years of experience in contracting, sales operations, or a related operations role Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with Salesforce is required Familiarity with basic automation or workflow tools preferred
