Role Description Build strong and successful relationships with customers/Dealers Develop and understand sales plans and objectives and proactively develop plans to achieve sales goals. Make outbound calls to sell company products Customer & Dealer Management: Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities via end-users and distributors. Identify opportunities to improve sales performance Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors Deal with various technology and equipment to fulfill the job requirements Travel to represent the company and achieve the assigned goal Attend Weekly Sales Meetings (Teams & Zoom) Work with Technical Team to best determine how to meet the project needs with reasonable equipment design and function through presentation drawings Check others work for accuracy and conformance to product and quotation templates Create and follow up on special quotations Submits purchase orders for sales order entry, along with cost analysis breakdown Qualifications Strong skills in sales strategy development, business development, and account management Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship-building abilities Knowledge of CNC machine tools and machining industry trends, with a technical aptitude Experience in planning and conducting presentations, negotiations, and closing complex deals Willingness to travel as needed Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop long-term client partnerships Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience a plus Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software CMTSE certified a plus Familiarity with the automotive, mold and die, or machining job shop sector as a plus
