About
What you’ll do
Partner with Commercial Lending, Credit Risk, and Operations teams to gather requirements, conduct process mapping and gap analysis, and translate lending workflows into clear functional specifications and user stories.
Support the configuration and enhancement of nCino LOS capabilities (including onboarding, underwriting, and servicing) by collaborating closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Product Owners to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
Lead stakeholder workshops, support UAT planning and execution, and ensure all system enhancements align with regulatory, risk, and credit governance standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within nCino and/or Salesforce Financial Services environments.
Strong knowledge of commercial lending processes, credit underwriting, and loan operations.
Proven ability to elicit requirements and translate lending workflows into functional system solutions.
Experience working in Agile environments, including writing and managing user stories.
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical teams and business stakeholders.
