About
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company growth targets and expand our client base within the consulting sector.
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business challenges and objectives.
Effectively communicate our value proposition through compelling proposals and presentations.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate closely with our consulting teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process and successful service delivery.
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
Represent CSP Developments Ltd at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within B2B consulting or professional services.
A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
A strong business acumen and an understanding of key performance indicators and operational efficiency principles.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
A competitive salary of $90,000 - $123,000 USD per annum , commensurate with experience.
