Position Overview TruGreen accepts applications on an ongoing basis. As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face out in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. Equipped with expertise, enthusiasm, and commitment to TruGreen’s proven Sales Playbook, you’ll provide tailored services directly at their doorsteps, turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships. What You’ll Do Engage homeowners one‑on‑one to understand their needs and deliver customized lawn care solutions. Use door‑to‑door outreach to educate and earn business, building trust and satisfaction. Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn care needs. Apply a proven sales methodology to convert inquiries into signed agreements. Log interactions and track performance in a CRM. Cross‑sell and upsell customers, demonstrating lawn‑upgrade options. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED; advanced education encouraged. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are essential. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills, from small talk to closing. Time‑management skills and self‑starter attitude. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions; average income $875–$1,200 per week. Paid training and ongoing development. Compensation Pay range: $29,053.00 – $60,138.00. The range is based on qualifications, experience, training, and location. Most candidates start in the lower half; the upper end is reserved for extensive experience.
