Job Overview Your future starts here: Join our agile DevOps team and help shape the core Swisscom order fulfillment engine — a mission‑critical system that processes over 100,000 orders per day. As a senior DevOps engineer you design, develop and operate the order fulfillment framework that underpins multiple business‑critical applications. Responsibilities Design, develop, and operate the order fulfillment framework, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. Define shared components and technical standards that other teams use. Work across backend and frontend development, tooling, cloud migrations, pipelines, monitoring, coaching, and architecture. Contribute to the evolution of a mission‑critical platform used across Swisscom Freedom. Explore AI, coding agents and intelligent automation to boost productivity, safety and quality. Qualifications Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. Expertise in microservices and cloud‑native architectures. Ability to design and build systems following clean‑architecture principles (separation of concerns, modularity, testability). Hands‑on experience with continuous integration, delivery pipelines and automation tooling. Proven track record delivering complex, high‑quality software. Collaborative team player who embraces agile ways of working and open communication. Proactive mindset, strong ownership and pragmatic problem solving. Very good English (C1) and good German (B2).
