Shift Manager

The pay for this position is starting at $15.00/hour + Tips + Bonus

Shift Managers are responsible for leading restaurant operations during assigned shifts while ensuring that guests receive the Five Guys experience friendly, fast, and accurate service with high-quality food in a clean and safe restaurant environment.

Shift Managers support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager by supervising crew members, maintaining operational standards, managing food safety, and ensuring efficient execution of service during peak periods.

This role includes responsibility for proper shift execution, including opening and closing the restaurant, preparing the restaurant for daily operations, and ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed according to company standards.
