School Director

EPSI Worx is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a School Director. The School Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the institute, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment for students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in education administration or a related field.
• Teaching certification and previous teaching experience.
• At least five years of managerial experience.
• Excellent drafting skills to develop various documents and policies.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• First-class organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Research, develop, and evaluate curricula, teaching procedures, and educational materials to enhance the quality of education provided.
• Gather and analyze data, review reports, and monitor the performance of faculty staff and the progress of teaching methods.
• Establish school policies and procedures to ensure student safety, order, and discipline.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Oversee administrative duties, including the hiring of staff, development of budgets, and management of facilities.
• Report directly to the President and provide regular updates on the institute's operations and performance.
